Job Summary

We are recruiting sales personnel for corporate card and other corporate payment solutions targeting the Middle Market Segment, under the guidance of a team leader. Responsibilities include acquiring appointments with prospective clients from Japanese and foreign middle market companies, conducting visits, and developing new business through channel development. The key role in this position is to propose high-value solutions that match the needs and challenges identified through attentive listening skills and sharp insights, leading to cost reduction, workflow efficiency, governance strengthening, and digitalization to contribute to clients' business expansion. You will be responsible for overall sales activities to achieve new contracts and revenue through new customer acquisitions and card transactions.

Building relationships with corporate decision-makers, understanding our solutions deeply for differentiation from competitors, and collaborating with internal stakeholders are also part of this role to smoothly carry out business operations. Driving revenue growth through the promotion of key and partner merchant utilization after contract signing is also crucial.

This position offers a highly rewarding opportunity to support middle-market companies in simplifying expense settlement, strengthening governance, reducing costs, visualizing expenses, and digitalizing to significantly contribute to the growth of their businesses.

Requirements

Find satisfaction in engaging in new business development to support the growth of middle-market companies
- Sales experience of 5 years (excluding banking, securities, insurance)
- High motivation to achieve goals, plan independently, and take continuous action (self-driven with initiative)
- Enjoy and excel in building relationships and communicating with new customers
- Strong listening skills to identify customer challenges and needs from a customer-centric perspective
- Excellent experience and track record in solution sales
- Flexible thinking to adapt to various changes without being bound by preconceptions
- Wide perspective and high awareness of competitors and market trends
- Leadership to provide valuable information and influence the team
- Continued top-performing sales in any field
- Experience in results-based compensation in industries such as semiconductor, credit card, general trading and wholesale
