Position Overview:

We seek a detail-oriented and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee our company's financial health and drive sustainable growth. Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer, the ideal candidate will possess a strong finance background, excellent analytical skills, and effective communication abilities to convey financial information to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate general ledger reconciliation, compliance with accounting standards, and timely financial reporting.
  • Financial Planning: Develop, manage, and implement comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making through thorough financial data analysis.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity to optimize working capital management.
  • Internal Controls: Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and financial partners.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and guide the finance team, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA preferred.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of finance experience in a finance management or financial controller role.
  • Industry Experience: History of working in companies with international operations and/or in the finance or technology industries preferred.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations; excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data; proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques; advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with accounting software (e.g., Netsuite, Xero, Autocount).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; strong leadership and management skills with track record of building high-performing teams; detail-oriented and highly organized with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
