This role offers part‑time work (40–50%) for an experienced Talent professional who wants to support a team during a transition period. The work has clear goals: maintaining stable hiring operations, reducing delays, and improving coordination. You will have room to work independently, manage your schedule within weekdays, and operate in a hybrid environment with a reasonable balance between remote and onsite work.

The organization is in a transition period and requires interim support to maintain Talent Acquisition operations. A key role has recently become vacant, and without temporary coverage, hiring activities may slow down. The project aims to maintain consistent hiring operations, reduce process delays, and document existing hiring workflows so they can be handed over smoothly once a permanent resource is appointed.

Scope of Services

Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and tracking.

Work with hiring managers to keep processes moving and prevent delays.

Maintain a clear and consistent candidate experience.

Map current Talent Acquisition workflows.

Identify where delays occur and suggest practical fixes.

Produce clear documentation for future use.

Work with HR/Talent leadership and hiring managers on priorities and timelines.

Communicate with external recruiting partners when needed.

Handle routine Talent Acquisition tasks to ensure continuity.

Support the Talent team with coordination and administrative work.

Influence and collaborate closely with senior business leaders to ensure alignment, remove bottlenecks, and maintain momentum in hiring processes.

Engage with complex and senior-level stakeholders, requiring strong relationship management and confidence operating at executive levels.

Apply a strategic mindset to evaluate, refine, and enhance the overall Talent Acquisition process—not only execute operations but actively improve it.
Preferred requirements
- Experience managing senior and complex stakeholders.
- A background beyond coordination roles—ideally someone who has owned or driven parts of the recruitment process at a strategic or advisory level.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent level.
- English: Fluent level in reading, writing, and speaking.
