【職務内容】
新卒でご入社されると、アナリストとしてプロジェクトに携わります。
下記のいずれか (またはいくつか) のコンサルティグ業務において、デリバリーを行います。
① 組織設計、組織改革、経営改革
② リーダーシップ開発、アセスメント、エグゼクティブコーチ、人材マネジメント
③ 人事制度改革、パフォーマンスネジメント
【応募資格】
- 2025年12月~2027年3月までに海外(日本国外)の大学/大学院を卒業見込の方
- 人および組織に対する強い関心をお持ちの方
- 日本語:ネイティブレベル(必須)、英語: ビジネスレベル以上
※ フルタイムの就業歴のない方に限ります
※ 短期の語学留学は対象外です
※ 就業開始は、4月1日付(卒業のタイミングによって、2026年4月1日または2027年4月1日)となります
【選考プロセス】
- Webアセスメント: 当社独自開発のテストで、言語/数値/論理のエレメントがあります。所要時間 約1時間です。
- 面接選考: Web (Zoom)を使った個別面接 (1回40~60分程度) を、4-6回程度実施予定です(フェルミ推定などのケース面接を含みます)
