Coordinate and support daily Housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to Four Seasons standards while delivering efficient communication and guest satisfaction.

What you will do
Coordinate and direct Housekeeping activities by communicating with floor supervisors and other departments to ensure accurate room status and timely service delivery.

Answer and manage Housekeeping telephone and guest requests using proper etiquette, documenting and assigning tasks for completion.

Operate PMS、HotSOS等のシステムを使用し、ルームステータス管理、レポート作成・配布を行う。
/ Operate PMS and HotSOS systems to update room status, print designated reports, and distribute them accordingly.
Monitor Out of Order rooms and follow up on discrepant or incomplete work before and after shift handovers.
/ 使用不可客室や未完了作業をモニターし、シフト前後の引き継ぎ・フォローアップを行う。
Prepare and track maintenance work orders in coordination with Engineering to ensure timely completion.
/ エンジニアリングと連携し、修理作業依頼を作成・追跡し、完了を確認する。
Handle guest laundry requests including item counting and charge posting in accordance with procedures.

Assist across Housekeeping operations as assigned and perform additional duties assigned by the Director of Housekeeping or Assistant Manager.

What you bring
High school diploma or equivalent experience. Preferably 1–2 years of experience in a related role within Four Seasons or a similar organization.
/ 高校卒業または同等の経験。フォーシーズンズまたは類似企業での関連職務経験1~2年が望ましい。
Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of hotel operations, Housekeeping standards, internal controls, and service quality requirements.

Ability to operate office equipment including telephone, fax, scanner, copier, calculator, and computer systems.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and hotel systems (PMS, HotSOS).
