About the role

Coordinate and support daily Housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to Four Seasons standards while delivering efficient communication and guest satisfaction.

What you will do

Coordinate and direct Housekeeping activities by communicating with floor supervisors and other departments to ensure accurate room status and timely service delivery.
/ フロアスーパーバイザーや他部署と連携し、正確なルームステータスとタイムリーなサービス提供を確保する。

Answer and manage Housekeeping telephone and guest requests using proper etiquette, documenting and assigning tasks for completion.
/ 正しい電話エチケットでハウスキーピングの電話対応を行い、ゲストリクエストを記録し、各担当へ割り当て対応を完了させる。

Operate PMS、HotSOS等のシステムを使用し、ルームステータス管理、レポート作成・配布を行う。
/ Operate PMS and HotSOS systems to update room status, print designated reports, and distribute them accordingly.

Monitor Out of Order rooms and follow up on discrepant or incomplete work before and after shift handovers.
/ 使用不可客室や未完了作業をモニターし、シフト前後の引き継ぎ・フォローアップを行う。

Prepare and track maintenance work orders in coordination with Engineering to ensure timely completion.
/ エンジニアリングと連携し、修理作業依頼を作成・追跡し、完了を確認する。

Handle guest laundry requests including item counting and charge posting in accordance with procedures.
/ ゲストランドリーのアイテム確認および料金登録を行う。

Assist across Housekeeping operations as assigned and perform additional duties assigned by the Director of Housekeeping or Assistant Manager.
/ 指示に基づきハウスキーピング業務全般を補佐し、ディレクターまたはアシスタントマネージャーから指示されたその他の業務を行う。

What you bring

High school diploma or equivalent experience. Preferably 1–2 years of experience in a related role within Four Seasons or a similar organization.
/ 高校卒業または同等の経験。フォーシーズンズまたは類似企業での関連職務経験1~2年が望ましい。

Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
/ マルチタスクを求められる環境における、高いコミュニケーション力および調整力。

Knowledge of hotel operations, Housekeeping standards, internal controls, and service quality requirements.
/ ホテルオペレーション、ハウスキーピング基準、内部統制、サービススタンダードの知識。

Ability to operate office equipment including telephone, fax, scanner, copier, calculator, and computer systems.
/ 電話、ファクシミリ、スキャナー、コピー機、計算機、コンピューター機器を操作できる能力。

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and hotel systems (PMS, HotSOS).
/ Microsoft Office Suiteおよびホテルシステム(PMS、HotSOS)の操作知識。

Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Japanese.
/ 英語・日本語の読み書きおよび会話能力。

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet operational requirements.
