仕事内容:

弊社は東京銀座、千葉市川、名古屋金山、大阪梅田、福岡天神に直営5店舗の24時間フィットネスジム【AUN'S GYM】(アウンズジム)と日本人の骨格に合わせて作られたフィットネスマシンメーカー【KONGOU】を運営しております。

24時間ジムとしては全店舗黒字、フィットネスマシンメーカーとしてはこれまで1,500店舗以上の開業支援実績があります。

今回の募集では、オリジナルマシン【KONGOU】をより普及させるべく、弊社直営の【AUN'S GYM】フランチャイズ本部の店舗開発マネージャーを募集いたします

新規事業で一緒に事業を作って行きたい熱い想いを持った方を募集しています

具体的な業務としては、

・物件調査

・エリア調査

・現地調査

・各外部業者折衝

・オープンまでのスケジュール管理

・その他オープン準備全般のディレクション

となります。

加盟獲得は行いませんので、コア業務に集中できます

業務の進捗に合わせて徐々にマネジメント業務にも当たっていただく想定です。

これまで我々は

『フィットネスジム運営』と

『フィットネスマシン販売』

は行ってまいりましたが、FC展開はこれからです

新しい提案を積極的に採用し、実施できる環境です。

また、自ら考えて動ける方や何事にも挑戦したい方にもピッタリな環境ですし、FC開拓営業や法人営業の経験者は大歓迎です

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥32,000〜¥51,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
