仕事内容
【内装・建築施工管理】東証PRM上場[オカムラ]Gr福利厚生年収~700万完全週休二日八丁堀
【仕事内容】
営業担当者と連携し、商業施設や店舗の建築・内装・設備工事まで現場管理業務をおまかせ。社内外の研修やOJTを通じて、働きながらスキルアップ・キャリアアップを目指していただきます。
< 業務概略 >
- コンビニエンスストア、スーパー、カフェ、ドラッグストア、オフィスといった様々な商業空間づくりをお任せします。
< 具体的な業務内容 >
- 店舗や商業施設の建築・内装・設備工事の現場管理を中心に、関連する様々な業務をご担当いただきます。
- 顧客との打合せ
- 現場管理(安全、品質、工程管理)
- 協力会社への役務や資機材の調整・発注
- 現地調査、客先見積書の作成など
上記業務を中心に、主担当としてご活躍いただけるフィールドがございます。
< CADソフト/業務ソフト >
- 使用CADソフト(AutoCAD、Vectorworks、BIM、IJCADなど)
- その他業務ソフト(ANDPAD、Kintone、OBICなど)
< 主なプロジェクト >
- コンビニエンスストア、スーパー、カフェ、ドラッグストア、オフィスなど
< 配属予定部署(環境) >
- 配属先のフロアには150名ほどが在籍。首都圏営業部の各支店や全社の技術部隊である[エンジニアリング本部]のメンバーで構成されています。男女構成比は7:3。毎年新入社員も入社するバランスが取れた構成になっています。各案件ごとにチームが連携するなど、部門を越えた業務を通じた交流がございます。

- 入社後は担当者として業務についていただきます。社内ルール・システム等は、周囲の社員がフォローします。また、OJTやeラーニング等を活用し更なるスキル向上を図っていただきます。

待遇面(給与・福利厚生など)
【年収・給与】
< 月収目安 >411,950円(基本給:353,100円+固定残業手当:58,850円)~500,000円(基本給:500,000円)< 年収目安 >6,000,000円~7,000,000円(固定残業手当、賞与含む※業績連動賞与除く)※職務手当は時間外労働の有無に関わらず20時間分を支給し、20時間を超える時間外手当は別途支給。※基本給400,000円以上の場合は管理職採用となり、固定残業手当は含まれません。※上記提示金額は目安であり、面談の上で経験・資格等を総合的に勘案し、提示いたします。
【待遇・福利厚生】
待遇手当:通勤手当(実費支給/規定あり)/資格手当(建築士/施工管理技士/消防設備士乙6類/監理技術者等)/固定残業手当(20時間)※20時間超過分は別途残業手当として支給。
