求職者の希望やスキルと、企業の求める人材像を的確に把握し、最適なマッチングを実現します。

求職者のキャリアプランを一緒に考え、目標達成をサポートします。

具体的には、

・応募者の対応

・求職者の面談、選考

・面接日程調整

・社会保険加入や脱退に伴うデータ入力

・異業界、異職種からの転職者が多数活躍中いろいろなご経験が活かせます

【給与】

月給:210,000円~380,000円

上記給与には、32時間分のみなし残業手当(48,000円~76,000円)が含まれます。

超過した場合には、別途支給いたします。

経験・年齢を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します。

年収420万円 27歳 入社5年目

年収500万円 29歳 入社7年目

年収580万円 32歳 マネージャー職 入社9年目
