仕事内容:
当社はこれまでの建設コンサルタント、補償コンサルタント、測量、施工管理などの業務実績を活かし、国土交通省をはじめとする各関係省庁、高速道路会社、民間企業等へ公共事業等実施に伴う技術支援業務を行っています。今回の募集は、官公庁の支援業務として、官公庁建築施設の新築・増改築・改修工事等(設備工事を含む)に関わる工事発注業務(設計図照査・積算調書照査・入力・仕様書作成など)を発注者の補助的立場で行う業務となります。発注者の専門技術的サポート役として発注者の意向を踏まえ、自己の技術力と経験を存分に発揮しながら、建築のスペシャリストとして活躍していただくことが可能です。

求める人材:
一級建築士、二級建築士、1級建築施工管理技士、2級建築施工管理技士、浄化槽技術管理 者、浄化槽管理士、建築物環境衛生責任者、1級電気工事施工管理技士、2級電気工事施工管理技士、第一種電気工事士、1級管工事施工管理技士、2級管工事施工管理技士、消防点検有資格者(第一種)、消防点検有資格者(第種)、危険物取扱者(乙・丙)、第三種電気主任技術者
■必須条件2:普通自動車運転免許
■必須条件3:PCスキル(Word、Excel)一般レベル
■歓迎条件1:官公庁等の建築工事・建築設備工事に関る工事発注・積算・監理業務経験者
■歓迎条件2: 設計事務所での設計監理、建物の維持修繕管理、ゼネコン等での積算・現場監督業務のご経験者など
■歓迎条件3:CADスキル(JW cad、Auto cad 等、修正対応レベル以上)
勤務時間・曜日:
・8:30~17:30(休憩:12:00~13:00)
休暇・休日:
■土曜・日曜・祝日、年末年始休暇6日、夏季休暇3日
■年間有給休暇:10日~20日(下限日数は、入社半年経過後の付与日数となります)

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥458,000 〜 ¥650,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥85,000〜¥120,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

・通勤手当:実費支給(50,000円 限度)

・自宅から遠方での勤務となる場合は、賃貸社宅入居可(半額自己負担)
