The compensation for this role consists of a fixed salary and commission. This means that there is no limit to your earning potential, which will depend on your dedication and the results you achieve.
Furthermore, our aim is to foster a strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie among our staff, as we firmly believe this is the cornerstone of maintaining the win-win culture within our company.
This position is a hybrid role, with a daily commitment of 8 hours, split between 2 to 3 days working from home and 2 to 3 days in the office. Initially, the position begins as a contract role and has the potential to transition into a full-time staff position with all the benefits of a regular 正社員.

Requirements

- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- Recruitment skills, including sales, interviewing, managing the recruitment process, and closing deals
- Self-starter with the ability to recruit for various job levels
- Excellent communication skills
- If possible, English proficiency but is not a must.
