The System Division is a key organization within our company, responsible for planning, development, operation, and maintenance of various systems.

We are looking for an IT Architect - Bank System Development to play a crucial role in product development from a technical standpoint.

This position requires a strong understanding of both technology and business, enabling you to turn high-level business problems into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to define long-term strategies and roadmaps.
• Understand software specifications and convert them into solid design satisfying non-functional requirements.
• Help improve current applications by enhancing performance and scalability.
• Manage technical risks for stable system operation.
• Communicate with key stakeholders and contribute to team capability improvement.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in designing and implementing Web-layer and Java architectures.
• Advanced ability in designing and developing applications and non-functional requirements (5+ years).
• Senior reviewer of system design and source code (5+ years).
• Experience as a lead engineer (5+ years).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Logical thinking ability, flexibility, and multitasking resistance.
• Agressiveness and sense of initiative.
• Curious about new services and technologies, self-studying ability.
• Excellent motivator.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Team leading experience and group management experience.
• Design or/and standardization experience of development processes.
• Experience in selecting, adopting, introducing, and using system architectures.
• Architecture concept planning and realization of next generation systems.
• Making engineer recruitment plans and branding, recruitment, and training.
• Technical lecturer or/and speaker experience.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
