Automotive Software Architect

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Software Architect to work on-site with our customer in Japan.

This role involves collaborating with international teams and working on the modular and standardized architecture of software platforms for next-generation SW Product projects.

• Collaborate with software project teams, System, Hardware, Safety engineering teams of the related platform.
• Define the overall architecture and design, ensuring modularity, reuse, and testability, anticipating future extensions and modifications.
• Provide strong documentation and specifications of Architecture SW (Static, Dynamic, Design alternatives, CPU load optimization).
• Support offshore BSW teams and guide team members in implementation and validation.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science and/or electronics, at least 10 years of experience in Software engineering, and 5 years as a SW Architect.

Key technical skills include expertise in software architecture, embedded C language development, A-SPICE processes, and knowledge of ISO26262-6 and AUTOSAR standards.

Fluency in Japanese is a must, along with collaboration and team spirit, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
