楽天グループ株式会社のコーポレート(本社組織)に属するグループ人事統括部では、楽天グループの組織力を強化するべく人事改革に取り組んでおります。
人材・ビジネスが多様化、拡大する中で直前する様々な経営課題を解決するため、楽天グループ株式会社の本社人事部において、労働環境、仕組み・制度の企画立案・導入、労務管理全般を担当する部署でのお仕事です。

募集背景
健康推進室は、社員が健康で元気に働ける環境を安全衛生面から支えることをミッションとしている部署です。
リーダー候補として、健康推進に関する各種施策の企画・運用をリードし、社員の健康維持・向上に貢献していただきます。
業務内容
・定期健康診断、インフルエンザ予防接種、ストレスチェック実施の企画・運用
・従業員向け健康相談窓口、産業医面談運用
・衛生委員会運営
・労働災害対応
・感染症対策企画・運用
・従業員向けメンタルヘルスケア教育の企画・実施
※チーム内での業務PJTおよび、チームを超えて部署などで実行するPJTへの参加やプロジェクトマネジメントをお願いする事もあります。
必須要件:
・健康推進に関する業務経験(健康診断、安全衛生、休職対応等)

・ 産業保健業務経験
