【 報酬実績(リアルデータ)】

※時給3,350円の場合

・月20時間稼働:月収67,000円

・月40時間稼働:月収134,000円

・月60時間稼働:月収201,000円

・月80時間稼働:月収268,000円

※プロジェクトでの評価によって、契約更新時に単価UPした実績も多数あります



【 具体的な業務】

・応募者への初回コンタクト・面談スケジュール調整

・オンラインカジュアル面談の実施(35分〜45分)

・候補者の転職理由を深掘りし、企業との接点を提案

・面談所感の入力・選考管理システムへの記録

・エージェント各社との候補者情報共有・FB対応

<応募資格>

・人材エージェントまたは人事領域での実務経験(1年以上)

・平日日中のチャット連絡・面談対応が可能な方

・RAまたは両面エージェントとしての経験

・1000名以上の事業会社での中途採用担当経験

・相手の話を引き出すヒアリング力に自信のある方

勤務時間・曜日:

完全フルリモート◎

仕事時間はご自身で選択可能です◎

※日中に顧客との商談やインナーMTGが入ります

休暇・休日:

仕事時間はご自身で調整可能です◎

※クライアント定例(週1回程度)や、日中の面談対応やチャット連携が必要です。

休暇・休日・仕事量はご自身で調整できます(原則土日祝休み)
