Your team
You'll be working in the Global Equity Synthetic Prime Brokerage Trading team in Tokyo.
This team is responsible for managing the SBL needs of the firm and providing clients leveraged market access through the Prime Brokerage and Delta 1 business.
This involves optimizing the balance sheet footprint of these businesses in order to provide the most streamlined, cost effective pricing and outcomes to our clients.
Your expertiseYou have:
・3-5 years of relevant experience in APAC equity finance
・intimate knowledge of the Japan market and a broad understanding other APAC equity markets
・excellent attention to detail and drive to get things done correctly
・the ability to integrate the understanding of markets, events and research into actionable recommendations for clients
・advanced analytical skills
・Japanese language skills are a plus
・coding skills are a plus
You are:
・sales motivated, personable and able to develop and maintain relationships
・composed, with strong selling and presentation skills
・a critical thinker who communicates clearly
・detail oriented
・able to thrive in a high intensity and highly demanding role
