Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager located in the USA. The role involves developing and executing strategies to expand business opportunities and partnerships. Daily responsibilities include identifying leads, managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. The Senior Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and execute plans effectively, while providing reports and updates to key stakeholders.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in Relationship Management, Communication, and Negotiation
- Experience in Sales, Account Management, and Revenue Growth strategies
- Leadership skills, with the ability to mentor teams and guide organizational growth
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, CRM software, and other relevant business tools
- Excellent organizational skills with a results-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
- Experience in the education sector or related industries is advantageous
