This is a full-time on-site role based in the USA for a Sales and Business Development Manager.
The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, creating and executing sales strategies, and meeting revenue targets.
The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for negotiating contracts, understanding client needs, and promoting Neo Plus's engineering and consultancy solutions tailored for the industrial telecom and security sectors.
Additionally, the role will require close coordination with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.Qualifications
Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
Experience in Technical or Engineering-related sales, particularly in Industrial Telecom and Security Solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in market analysis and strategic planning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with negotiation and presentation abilities
Familiarity or experience with products and solutions such as PAGA systems, RF coverage repeaters, IIoT systems, and industrial cybersecurity is advantageous
Proficiency in project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
