This is a full-time hybrid role for the VP/Head of Community, based in the USA, with some flexibility for remote work.
The VP/Head of Community will be responsible for overseeing and implementing community engagement strategies, managing social media channels, and building meaningful connections with users to enhance Bitstamp's brand presence.
Responsibilities include developing and executing community growth initiatives, fostering relationships with key partners, monitoring feedback to improve user experience, and representing the voice of the community to internal stakeholders.
The individual will lead a team and collaborate across departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company goals.Qualifications
Leadership and Team Management:
Previous experience in leading community teams, with strong organizational and team-building skills.
Community Engagement and Growth:
Expertise in managing and growing online communities, fostering user engagement, and handling community relationships effectively.
Digital and Social Media Proficiency:
Experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and utilizing data-driven insights for strategy optimization.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and build rapport with diverse audiences.
Strategic Thinking:
Strong understanding of community-driven strategies, brand development, and user experience improvement within an innovative industry.
Technology and Cryptocurrency Knowledge:
Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and emerging trends in fintech is highly preferred.
Education:
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is highly valued.
Flexibility and Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams, and work in a hybrid setup.
