The Senior Director of Product Management Role
Qlik is hiring a Senior Director of Product Management to elevate operational excellence across our Analytics & AI product organization. This role exists to bring clarity, structure, and strategic alignment to how we define, build, and launch products - ensuring our roadmap accelerates Qlik's broader shift toward AI-powered analytics and fuels our most critical business goals. You'll solve meaningful challenges around scaling product delivery, improving cross-functional collaboration, and guiding our teams as we expand and modernize the Qlik Cloud experience.

Here's How You'll Be Making An Impact
You will
define and continually refine
the processes and communication frameworks that guide how we plan, prioritize, and deliver software across Analytics & AI. You will
mentor and lead
a team of Product Managers, helping them translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes. You'll also serve as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer-facing teams - ensuring that our product direction is understood, aligned, and executed consistently.

We're Looking For a Teammate With

• Extensive product leadership experience in enterprise software
• A background that may include software engineering, solutions consulting, or similar technical roles
• A strong understanding of customer motivations and how to translate business goals into product investments
• Proven ability to build scalable processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive clarity across cross-functional teams
• Experience leading and developing Product Managers
• The ability to operate strategically while maintaining a strong execution mindset

Salary and Benefits:
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $220,000 USD MIN – $275,000 MAX per year. This position is eligible for a bonus of 20% under the Company's corporate bonus plan. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate's location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

This position is eligible for comprehensive benefits, including - but not limited to - medical, dental, and vision coverage life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, paid parental / maternity leave, participation in a 401(k) program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.
