【必須資格・経験】

・プロダクトマネージャーとしての実務経験(3年以上が理想)あるいは、BPRの実務経験

・高いコミュニケーションスキルを兼ね備え、エンジニア、利用ユーザー、

ステークホルダーなど多様な関係者と効果的にコミュニケーションを取りながら、良好な関係を構築・維持する能力。

プロダクトマネージャー(PdM)社内システム ※フレックス/リモート可/日本最大級の地図DBを保有

【仕事内容】

【ポジション概要】

配属部署は『GISディベロップメント プロダクトデザイン』であり、人員は7名で構成されています。

ご入社後は効率的に地図編集を行うための社内ツールの企画、分析、開発の上流工程をご担当いただきます。

実際に使用する社内のオペレーション担当と開発メンバーと協調して早く、効率よく、高品質に地図データを提供できるようにシステムをアジャイル的に開発していきます。

地図の知識がなくとも、その知識に明るいメンバーもサポートしますので、これまでの経験・スキルを最大限に発揮していただける環境を提供いたします。

【具体的な業務内容】

・地図データ運用にかかわる業務の分析、システム要件定義、設計

・現在開発を進めている社内システムを運用していく上での業務を分析し、最適な運用を提案、要件定義を行っていく業務

・プロジェクト計画、進捗管理

・工程、機能の分析

・PRDの作成、ユーザストーリーの作成、要求定義

・マイルストーンの設定や開発イベントへの参加、運営

・チームメンバーの進捗状況を上位層にレポートし、適宜業務改善

・成果物の確認、マニュアル作成、本番業務への導入

・開発チームのチームビルディング・開発物の品質管理

・BPとのコミュニケーションや計画策定、納品物の受け入れ

・リリースに向けた運用テストの計画、実施、レポーティング

【年収・給与】

700万円~1000万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
