仕事内容
【東京】経営企画マネージャー
【仕事内容】
多様な業種が混在するグループ各社の予算・実績管理(予実管理)を徹底し、経営層や取締役会への戦略的な提言を通じて、グループ全体の目標達成を支えることが最大のミッションです 。
・経営管理・計数管理: 中期経営計画の作成、予算策定、予実管理の遂行 。
・KPIモニタリング: グループ各社の実績管理およびKPIの設定・進捗確認 。
・会議体運営: 役員会等の資料作成および運営事務局 。
・経営層への提言: 収集したデータに基づき、ストラテジー(戦略)の提案を執行役員や取締役会へ実施 。
・マネジメント: 経営企画室のメンバー(2名)のマネジメント 。
