そんな素朴な疑問から生まれたのが、

インタビューメディア「社長脳 -know-(しゃちょうのう)」です。

社長脳は、インターンに参加した学生が中心となって企画・運営しています

本インターンでは全国の中小企業へ足を運び、経営者に直接インタビュー。

学生チームで連携し、実際に掲載されるコンテンツをゼロからつくり上げる、

プロジェクト型の実践インターンです。

【インターン内容】

① 企業リサーチ・事前準備

取材先の社長・企業を徹底リサーチ。

HP・SNS・記事・業界動向から情報を整理し、「何を聞くか」「どこを深掘りするか」を設計します。

② 質問づくり・インタビュー企画

質問案を作成し、学生メンバーとブラッシュアップ。より深く、伝わるインタビューにするための企画を練ります。

③ インタビュー当日のディレクション

カメラ位置、時間配分、場づくりなど現場進行を担当。どのタイミングで深掘りするかなど、相手の想いを引き出す力が試されます。

④ 構成案づくり

取材内容をもとに動画・記事の構成を設計。編集担当と連携し、視聴者に伝わるストーリーを組み立てます。

本インターンは、文理不問・大学1年生から参加が可能です

実際の取材や企画を通して、自然と「自分の言葉で話せる力」が身につきます。

文理不問・大学1年生から参加可能

【必須条件】

・平日の日中(9:00〜18:00の間)に活動できる方

※社長インタビューは基本的に平日実施のため

・定期MTGに出社で参加できる方(毎週火曜日 or 水曜日18時開催)

勤務時間・曜日:

◇勤務時間

週1日2時間以上~(時間は平日9:00~21:00までの間で自由)

授業やアルバイトの予定に応じて調整可能◎

◇期間

3か月以上(目安)

◇週1回の定期ミーティング参加(出社)

(毎週火曜日or水曜日の18時~予定)
