ポジション概要
ディレクター、コーポレート・ディベロップメント&ストラテジー(日本)は、日本国内における戦略的成長イニシアチブの策定・実行を担う重要な役割です。買収、ジョイントベンチャー、戦略的パートナーシップなど、新たなビジネス機会を特定・評価・推進し、オーチスジャパンの長期的な成長を支えます。このポジションは、APACのコーポレート・ディベロップメント&ストラテジー担当VPにレポートし、シニアリーダーシップやクロスファンクショナルチームと連携しながら、M&Aのライフサイクル全体をリードします。
主な職務内容
- 戦略的機会(買収、合併、JVなど)の分析・評価・提案
- M&Aプロジェクトの全工程(市場分析、事業計画、デューデリジェンス、交渉)を推進
- 統合戦略の策定・実行、進捗モニタリング
- 業界動向・市場インサイトの収集・分析
- 地域・グローバルのビジネスディベロップメントチームとの連携
応募資格
- ビジネス関連の開発経験10年以上(M&A実務経験必須)
- バリュエーションモデル構築、デューデリジェンス、交渉の実務経験
- 日本市場での取引・事業提携経験(中小企業・大企業・JV含む)
- 日本語・英語での高いコミュニケーション能力
- 工学、マーケティング、財務、または関連分野の学士号(修士号歓迎)
- エレベーター、エスカレーター、または建設業界経験があれば尚可
