Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end order processing within internal systems, ensuring accuracy, timely fulfillment, and smooth order lifecycle execution
Oversee inventory management, including stock monitoring, reconciliation, and availability planning to support demand and delivery commitments
Handle internal and customer inquiries related to order status, shipments, and deliveries, providing timely resolution and clear communication
Coordinate domestic logistics operations and last-mile deliveries to ensure on-time and cost-effective fulfillment
Track shipments proactively and resolve delays, damages, or delivery issues in coordination with carriers and internal teams
Review and select shipping methods to balance service levels, cost efficiency, and operational requirements
Act as a cross-functional liaison between sales, customer service, finance, and operations to align workflows and resolve issues
Support billing, invoicing, and order-to-cash processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reconciliation
Requirements
5+ years of experience in logistics, import/export operations, and order management
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP
Proven people management and team leadership skills
Highly adaptable with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in Japanese with strong professional proficiency in English
Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
Salary
Company will consider candidates up to 8M+ JPY annual (client may consider a higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
