Q. どんな施設ですか?
A. 株式会社神戸製鋼所加古川製鉄所構内で、130年以上の歴史を持つ鉄鋼一貫物流を担う重要な拠点です。
Q. 具体的に何をするの?
A. 天井クレーンによる製品の入庫・積込、船積作業、設備保全・点検、重機運転による資材運搬など、製鉄所内の物流業務全般を担当します。
Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?
A. はい。入社後は丁寧なフォロー体制があり、クレーン・デリック運転士や玉掛などの資格も会社負担で取得できます。
Q. どんな方が活躍していますか?
A. 安全意識が高く、チームワークを大切にできる方です。普通自動車免許は必須ですが、その他の資格は入社後の取得で問題ありません。

勤務時間・曜日:
【三交替勤務】
① 07:00 ~ 15:00 (休憩45分)
② 15:00 ~ 22:15 (休憩45分)
③ 22:15 ~ 07:00 (休憩45分)
※シフト制により、曜日の別なく休日を振り分けます。
※①②の連勤が発生した場合は、②の勤務に対して時間外手当を別途支給します
休暇・休日:
年間休日: 103日(月8~9日休み)
年次有給休暇: 入社当月より付与。翌年1月には20日付与(出勤率8割以上が条件)。
特別休暇: 慶弔休暇、積立休暇、永年勤続特別休暇あり。

給与:

・月給: 300,000円 ~ 365,000円
・初任給(基本給): 210,000円 ~ 275,000円 ※年齢・経験・能力を考慮。下限額は高卒新卒初任給の実績です。
・各種手当: 交替勤務手当(最大18,000円+α)、時間外勤務手当、深夜勤務手当、家族手当、通勤交通費補助。
・モデル年収: 530万円(28歳・勤続2年・三交替勤務/基本給+諸手当+賞与)
・試用期間: 3か月(期間中は基本給マイナス5,000円)
