仕事概要
ELYZAは現在、研究開発・ソリューション・プロダクトの三位一体で、事業が急成長をしています。技術や組織も成長スピードが速く、2025年4月に導入した新たな人事制度や組織体制ですら「過去のもの」となりつつあります。
技術が非連続に進化するLLM時代において、研究者とビジネス職が混在する組織をどう束ね、どう加速させるか。そこに正解はありません。だからこそ、教科書的な制度運用ではなく、事業成長と同期して高速でアップデートされ続ける「未踏の組織システム(組織OS)」をゼロから設計・実装し続けるアーキテクトを求めています。組織開発の専任担当(一人目)として、経営のパートナーとなり、組織の構造そのものをデザインするリーダーポジションです。
【このポジションに期待する役割】
組織開発・制度設計をリードする立場として、経営戦略と組織戦略の接続点に立ち、短期的な課題解決と中長期的なアーキテクチャ設計の両輪を回していただきます。
三位一体構造を強みに昇華する組織アーキテクチャの設計
異なる職能(研究者、エンジニア、各種Biz職)が共存・協働するための評価・報酬・等級制度の再構築(※2025年4月導入制度の見直しを含む、現状の事業フェーズに即したアップデート)
「組織の負」を構造レベルで解消する施策の実行
部分的な対処療法ではなく、データの分析や現場へのヒアリングを通じて「構造課題」を特定した組織設計の実施
人員計画やその変化と、採用戦略を連動させる橋渡し・仕組みづくり
組織と事業をつなぐコミュニケーションデザイン
経営と現場、あるいは職能間の情報の非対称性を解消するための会議体や権限構造の設計
各部のマネジメントの支援(評価運用・1on1・チーム運営のOS整備など)
組織開発サイクルのリード
サーベイ等の定点観測から仮説を立て、施策を実行し、運用結果を次の制度設計へ即座にフィードバックするループの構築

必須スキル
- 事業会社での人事企画・組織開発・HRBPのいずれかの実務経験、あるいは制度設計やチェンジマネジメントを含む HR 領域でのコンサルティング経験
- 経営層や事業責任者と共に、抽象度の高い組織課題を議論し、合意形成を図った経験
- 制度設計や施策立案において、課題の特定から運用・定着までを一貫してオーナーシップを持って完遂した経験
- 変化を前提とし、朝令暮改を恐れず仕組みを磨き続けられるマインドセット

- AI/IT/研究開発組織での業務経験
- エンジニア・研究者など専門職の評価/配置/採用に関わった経験
- サーベイやデータ活用による組織改善プロジェクトのリード経験

応募概要
給与
- 想定年収:6,000,000円~13,000,000円
- 月給:400,000円~
※経験・能力を考慮の上、決定いたします
<内訳>
月額基本給:301,530円~
固定残業手当(38時間/月):89,518円~
深夜残業手当(19時間/月):8,952円~
※超過した時間外労働の残業代は1分単位で支給

【選考プロセス】
