2024年問題など、物流全般の省人化、自動化が求められるなか、当社ΣSynX物流ソリューションへの期待が高まっており、物流の未来・あるべき姿 を描き、 改革実現に向けた道筋・施策を示しながら、物流インフラのスマート化を進めています。
現在、物流知能化事業は新事業として立上完了した段階であり、今後も不確実で変化する社会課題解決に挑み、成長し続ける組織を目指しており、そのためには事業拡大をリードする人材が必要です。
また、当該事業は三菱重工の中期計画において成長領域と位置付けられており、社としても重要な事業領域です。
仕事内容
飲料・食品業界を中心としたメーカ製造工場や物流倉庫向けに、物流機器の自動化ソリューションの提案営業および商品企画をご担当いただきます。主な業務は以下の通りです。
・新規顧客の開拓から、引合~受注~引渡~アフターサービスに至る一連の営業業務
・ソリューション提案係るビジネスパートナーや社内との調整業務
・営業活動の前提となる市場分析、受注計画立案業務
・顧客ニーズに基づく新規ソリューションメニュー企画業務

ソリューション事業統括室は総勢20名の室です。
様々な製品を扱ってきた研究所、技術および営業メンバーが、キャリアを積み重ねた専門分野での経験をもちより一丸となり新規事業を立ち上げている職場です。またオフィスのフリーアドレス制や完全フレックス勤務、在宅勤務制度の活用なども積極的に取り入れ、多様性ある働き方で業務を取り組める活気ある職場です。

・エンジ会社・商社・機械メーカでの営業・企画経験、契約/価格交渉等の経験がある方
・お客様、ビジネスパートナー及び社内外関係者と円滑にビジネスを遂行できる交渉力

・お客様のニーズを的確に把握し商品開発に結び付ける行動力。
・広い視野、高い関心力をもって新規事業展開に貢献いただける方。
・学歴:大卒以上
