親族を亡くしたり、親族が近くにいない・頼りたくないご高齢者が全国で急増しています。

身寄りとなる親族がないために、介護施設への入居や病院への入院を断られてしまい、適切な医療・介護サービスを受けられないということが社会問題となっています。

そんな方々の「もう一人の家族」を務めるのが弊社の運営する【身元保証サービス】です。ご家族に代わって親身に寄り添いながら日常生活全般をサポートし、安心した生活をサポートします。

【具体的な仕事の流れ】

▽病院や介護の専門職の方々に営業し、身元保証希望者をご紹介いただく

▽ご本人様、ご家族様と面談を実施

▽契約内容のご説明、契約

◎契約後の会員様へのサポートは支援スタッフが担当するので、営業に集中することができます♪

売上だけでなく訪問数や面談数など "目標達成に向けてどんな行動をしたか"も評価

ENSOUホールディングスでは身元保証事業の他にも、老人ホーム紹介事業、リサイクル事業、不動産売買や介護タクシー事業など様々な新規事業をグループ内で運営。

新規事業の展開にあわせて、事業拡大に向けた社員の増員も計画中。

意欲のある方には、早期に新規事業の責任者や、人事などのバックオフィス業務をお任せすることも

月1回の社長面談で、やりたいことが発信できます。

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00(実働8時間)

各線「横浜駅」より徒歩8分

※横浜駅ほぼ直結のため雨の日も濡れずに通勤できます

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥300,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥60,000(35時間相当分)を含む。35時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

給与300,000円 (240,000円に固定残業代60,000円)

固定残業代60,000円=240,000円÷月平均所定172h×1.25(時間外割増率)×35h

となります。

・月に35時間以上の残業が発生した場合は、時間外手当を100%支給いたします。

・昇給年2回あり

・賞与年2回あり(昨年度支給実績:1~4ヶ月分)
