毎年営業利益20%成長を念頭に、受託開発領域にコアコンピタンスを集中させる戦略により
急速的に事業を拡大しており、営業機能の強化に向け人的資本への投資を活発に図っております。
今回、「サステナブル成長」を元に、各本部・部門の売り上げ最大化のため、システム部門の営業活動をリードいただく大手SIer向け営業職を募集する運びとなりました。
2023年度より、1部門体制だった組織を2部門体制に拡大し営業組織の体制強化も図っております。
【仕事内容】
アカウント営業として、本部長・執行役員・部長と共に顧客であるプライムベンダー(SIer)の案件を推進いただきます。
◆仕事内容
・既存顧客との商談日程調整
・商談(情報交換・提案・クロージング)
・顧客担当者との関係性作り
・営業活動に付帯する事務
・各種交渉
配属予定のビジネス推進統括部は現在20名程のメンバーで構成されております。
8割のメンバーは中途採用で入社しており、前職はユーザー系大手SIerでパッケージ販売、ソリューション営業、SES営業経験者(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
