We are looking for a Product Manager who is highly skilled in logical thinking and analytical skills, and strategic planning. This position is an important role that contributes to the success of the product by demonstrating strategic thinking and analytical skills at marketing department.

Major Responsibilities:
-プロダクトマネージャーは、製品Xの腫瘍領域における適応症のブランドプランの策定を担当します。
-あらゆる情報源から根本原因を特定し課題を解決します。
-精緻なフォーキャスティングを行います。
-社内の主要部門 (ビジネス分析と洞察、マーケティング運営、販売計画、販売トレーニング、マルチチャネル マーケティング、価値とアクセス、医療事務、法務と規制、グローバル/地域チームを含む) との強力なパートナーシップを必要とします。
Key Accountabilities:
-製品Xのブランド計画の開発と実行を促進し、世界戦略との一貫性を確保して頂きます。
-ブランド価値をサポートする販促資料を作成して頂きます
-営業戦略を営業部門に明確に伝達し、確実な実行に繋げていただきます
-戦略を策定し実行するために、KTL、関連組織、その他の主要な関係者との関係を確立および維持して頂きます
-パートナー代理店との関係、ワークフロー、関連経費予算を管理して頂きます
-組織と営業部門のブランドに対するモチベーションを高めて頂きます
-プロモーション コードに関する社内の専門家になっていただきます

東京本社へ通える範囲への居住をお願いいたします。
(誠に恐れ入りますが、片道3時間などの遠方からのご出社に関しましては、前例がなく難しいです。)

Welcome experiences and skills:
BS/BA required, MBA helpful, but not required.
Experience in pharmaceutical industry
Marketing experience in oncology and/or immuno-oncology is preferred.
Experience in new product launch is preferred. (pre/post launches)
Financial and budgeting skills and experience.
Experience working across culture in a business environment.
Familiarity with JPMA Code of Practice, internal promotional approval processes (CMLR), and related standards in pharmaceutical industry.
Ability to exercise judgment and decision-making at a level commensurate with the role.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English preferred.
