【職務内容/ Job Description】
アクサ生命には3つの営業チャネルと、それらのチャネルを有機的に結び付け、新たな付加価値とビジネスモデルを創出する役割を担うMCVP(Multi Channel Value-up Programの略)チャネルがあります。

MCVPチャネルではMarketing Partnerと呼ばれる企業・団体との協業や、地方自治体・健保組合・商工会議所と連携による健康経営の普及・促進を通じて、社会課題の解決を図るとともに、新規マーケットの開拓と既存マーケットの深耕を促すことで営業チャネルの業績を下支えしています。

・新たなマーケットの開発・深耕を推進することで、クオリティの高いリードを創出

・高い顧客満足度の獲得とともに、公益と利益を高い次元で実現

・コンプライアンスを遵守し、効率的な業務運営を実践

・全社戦略をしっかり理解し、高いモチベーションを持っている

・社内外において良好なリレーションを構築できるコミュニケーション能力

・基本的なPCスキル

・生保関連知識(商品・法令)

・金融知識・税務知識、FP資格があれば尚可

・コンプライアンス知識と高い意識

・営業経験不問
