仕事内容

Startup Hub Tokyo TAMA は、起業に興味がある方から、具体的に起業の準備を進めたい方まで、起業を目指すみなさんを応援する創業支援施設です。
起業・創業に関する相談窓口やイベント・セミナーの開催、起業仲間と交流やアイデア交換ができるラウンジでのコミュニティ企画運営など、創業支援に関するあらゆる支援業務を担っています。

・起業・創業に関する相談窓口業務
・イベント企画・運営業務
・アルバイトスタッフのマネジメント

メンバーがサポート、並走しますので、ご安心ください(入社後すぐ一人前の仕事を求められるわけではありません)
また、スキルやご経験値、ご自身が取り組まれたいお気持ちによって、複数領域のお仕事をお任せする可能性もあります。

■歓迎要件(資格、必須経験やスキルは特にありません)
・初歩的なPCスキルのある方
・コミュニケーション能力(自分の意見は伝えつつ、相手の気持ちを汲み取りながら関係性を築いてこれまで仕事に取り組まれてきた、もしくはそういった関係構築が得意な方)
・起業経験のある方
・第二新卒 歓迎
