職務内容
- 大手金融機関向けのAI活用・データ活用コンサルティング案件におけるプロジェクト推進およびリードを担当。
- AI組織(CoE)構築支援やガバナンス設計、データ活用ルール策定など、非技術領域を含む上流工程を主導。
- 技術メンバーの成果物を理解し、クライアントとの橋渡し役として説明・提案・改善を実施。
理想の人材
- AI・データ活用領域のコンサルティング経験を3年以上有していること。
- 3名以上のチームをマネジメントし、プロジェクトを推進した経験があること。
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力と、日本での就労が可能な在留資格を保有していること。
