輸送品質向上のためには、納品者様・Amazon拠点どちらか一方の課題だけではなく、両社で相反する課題も解決する必要があります。そのために、本ポジションではそれらの課題の本質的な問題を特定し、納品者様のニーズも踏まえ中長期のあるべき姿を描き、それに向けた戦略策定・実行・管理をリードして頂きます。納品者様のみならず、社内でも営業・SCM・拠点運営・システム開発など多くのステークホルダーがおり、これら全てのステークホルダーと連携し、入荷の輸送品質改善における司令塔として、カスタマーエクスペリエンス向上や社会課題解決に貢献できる点が、このポジションの魅力のひとつです。
なお、部下を複数名持ち、人材育成も担っていただく場合もあります。

【働き方】
・ハイブリット勤務
原則週3回 目黒オフィスへ出社となります。今後ネットワーキングやチームワーク向上の為、またオフィスでの勤務が必須となる業務が発生した場合等、上記出社頻度が変更になる場合がございます。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4年制大学 学士号- Excelを使った分析経験 1年以上(集計関数やピボットテーブル)
- KPI設定・改善、プロセス検討・改善の経験
- 1年以上のプロジェクトマネジメント経験(ベンダーマネジメント、トラブルシューティング、生産技術、品質管理 等 ※業界は問いません)
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力
- 日常会話レベルの英語力
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 中長期(3年計画等)の事業計画の作成経験- 社内外との1年以上の折衝経験
- 品質管理に関する資格所有又は統計的な手法を用いた業務改善
- SQL/Oracle/Redshiftいずれかのデータベースを使用した経験
- 3名以上のピープルマネージャー経験
- ビジネス会話レベルの英語力(目安:TOEIC 700点以上)
