仕事内容:

事業拡大フェーズにある同社にて、

経営陣直下のポジションとして経営戦略・組織設計を担う経営企画業務をお任せします。

人事制度や組織体制の再設計、新規事業立ち上げ支援など、

会社の中長期成長に直結するテーマに対し、構想段階から実行まで一貫して関与いただきます。

単なる企画立案にとどまらず、経営陣とのディスカッションを通じて課題を整理し、

現場と連携しながら制度・仕組みを「形にしていく」役割です。

ご経験や志向に応じて、得意領域から主担当としてお任せしていきます。

【具体的には】

・人事評価制度、等級制度、報酬制度の設計および見直し

・幹部候補・次世代リーダー層の育成方針策定、育成施策の企画・推進

・事業計画や中期ロードマップと連動した組織設計、体制構築

・新規事業(IT教育・人材ビジネス等)の立ち上げ支援、事業企画

・経営数値やKPIの整理・可視化、意思決定に向けた資料作成・分析

・経営会議、幹部会への参画および施策推進

将来的には、経営企画責任者や事業責任者として、

より経営に近い立場で会社の成長を牽引していただくことを期待しています。

・人事制度構築、組織設計の経験

・経営コンサルタントとしての経験

・IT業界におけるマネジメント経験

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

所定労働時間:8時間

・完全週休2日制(土日祝)

給与:

月給:375,000円~500,000円

年収目安:600万円~800万円
