仕事内容

今後の事業戦略の立案、推進を担うポジションです。

  • 主に中期経営計画をもとにした予算構築と予実管理、計数管理などの

経営企画業務、経営戦略の立案、全社横断的なプロジェクトの推進に

あたっていただきます。

  • 東急グループの経営の一翼を担い、200社を超えるグループ企業との

シナジーを生み出し、あらゆるビジネスチャンスを探ります。

具体的には以下のような業務内容の中の、お得意分野を中心に

少しずつ業務をお任せしていきます。

  • 経営戦略の立案・推進

・中期経営計画・年度計画の策定

・市場・競合分析、業界動向調査

・経営課題の抽出と解決策の提案

  • 予算策定・管理

・事業部門との連携による予算編成

・予実管理、差異分析、改善提案

  • 経営会議・取締役会の運営

・会議体の企画・資料作成・ファシリテーション

・役員向けのレポーティング

  • 新規事業企画

・新規事業の立案・収益性検証

  • 組織横断的なプロジェクト推進

・会社的なKPI設計・モニタリング

給与


月給269,790円~468,230円

※経験・能力による

※固定残業代15時間分27,790円~48,230円を含む。

超過した場合はは別途支給

  • 想定年収:400万円~700万円

交通アクセス


各線「京都」駅より徒歩2分

勤務曜日・時間


9:00~18:00(実働8時間、休憩1時間)

原則9時~18時の勤務ですが、業務状況に応じて

8:30~17:30、10:00~19:00、8:00~17:00等の30分単位の

シフト勤務が可能です。

資格・経験

  • 必須スキル・経験

・経営企画部門での就業経験(業界・経験年数不問)

・もしくは、経営コンサルティング会社などでの実務経験

  • 歓迎スキル・経験

・財務諸表の理解、数値データをもとにした課題抽出・改善提案

・パワーポイントやExcelを使ったわかりやすい資料作成能力

・会計・財務に関する知識や実務経験

・KPI設計や予算管理の実務経験

休日・休暇


年間120日(有給休暇取得義務5日を除く)

  • 内訳:土曜、日曜、祝日、GW10日連休、夏期9連休、年末年始9連休(※2024年度実績・予定)
  • 原則土日休みですが、会社カレンダーに基づき年間約10回の土曜出勤日が

設定されています(12月、2月、3月)。

宅地建物取引士(10,000円/月)等のライセンス手当あり

・戦略や計画を具体的な施策に落とし込み、関係部署を巻き込んで

推進する力のある方

・経営陣・各事業部との調整・折衝能力のある方

・簿記・会計関連資格などのバックグラウンドのある方

  • 資格 不問(不動産業運営のため、宅建士資格保有者には5,000円/月の

ライセンス手当の付与有)

※有給発生以降は土曜日に有給取得することも可能で、

同部署のメンバーも土曜日有給を積極的に使っています。

※その他店頭の学生入居募集活動の、繁忙期の応援業務として

土曜出勤日以外にも日曜日出勤等をして、平日に振替休日を

取得する可能性もあります。(応援業務は業務理解や、社内コミュニケーション

の一環として参加するケースはありますが必須ではありません)
