外国参加企業・ホテルへの英語での連絡
社内操作チームとの連携
小規模チームの進行管理、指導、育成
Job Description:
Negotiate rates and manage contracts with hotels and ryokans across Japan
Manage room allotments, inventory, and conditions
Coordinate special requests for group travel
Communicate with overseas partners and hotels in English
Collaborate with internal operations teams
Lead and support a small team, including progress management and training【求める人材】
ホテル・旅行業界での実務経験(3年以上)
チームマネジメント経験(必須)
英語でのビジネス対応力(TOEIC750点目当)
交渉、調整、問題解決能力
プレッシャーのかかる場面でも冷静に判断し行動できる方
精神的、体力的にもタフで、ダイナミックな環境を楽しめる方
Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the hotel or travel industry
Experience in team management (required)
Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 750+)
Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Able to stay calm and act decisively under pressure
Physically and mentally resilient; enjoy working in a dynamic environment
