「AIエンジニア《フルリモート/月残業平均10時間程度》」のポジションの求人です

◆ミッション

・顧客データ(DB/SaaS/ファイル)を活用し、業務で使えるAIエージェント/RAGシステムを設計・実装する

・自社提供サービス「AI Ready Platform」および「Generative AI Agents導入支援」の技術中核として推進

・チャット/検索/API連携/業務フローの自動化を一気通貫で設計し、顧客の業務効率と意思決定の高度化を実現する

◆職務内容

RAG基盤の設計・実装

・顧客のドキュメント/DB/SaaSデータを理解し、どのデータを取り込み・どのように前処理するかをエンジニア視点で整理

・embeddingモデル選定、チャンク方式、メタデータ設計を含むRAGパイプラインの全体設計

・ベクトルDB(Oracle AI Vector Search等)へのデータ投入・検索ロジックの実装

Generative AI Agentsの開発

・OpenAI/OCI Generative AI/Cohere 等を利用したAIエージェント(ツール連携)の設計・実装

・DB照会、SaaS連携、業務ロジックなどFunction Calling を使った自動化処理の実装

・Oracle Autonomous AI Database や業務アプリケーション連携を含むAIエージェントの動作フロー/状態管理の設計

AI品質評価・改善

・Retrieval精度(Precision/Recall/F1)の測定

・embedding・検索パラメータ・prompt の改善サイクル

・評価結果を踏まえた構成改善(データ前処理/重み付け/再ランキング)

顧客支援(PoC~本番導入)

・AIユースケースの具体化支援(顧客ヒアリング~整理)

・PoC計画の立案、実装、精度検証、レポート作成

・本番移行に向けた運用設計の技術支援

・AIエンジニアおよびデータアーキテクトと連携し、プロジェクト全体の技術整合性を担保する役割

・基本フルリモート(全国可)

・必要に応じて出社・顧客訪問の可能性あり(数日/月)

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

・Python を用いたAI/LLM開発経験(部分的・自作レベルでも可)

・RAG/embedding/ベクトル検索に関する実装経験(プロトタイプでもOK)

・REST APIの利用・連携開発経験

・AIやデータ活用プロジェクトに関わりたい意欲

・実装主体で動くことに抵抗がなく、試しながら改善していくことが得意な方

※OCI/Oracle DBの経験は必須ではありません

・OCI Generative AI / Generative AI Agents

・LangChain / LlamaIndex などのRAGフレームワーク
