・就業時間:9時ー17時30分(フレックスタイム制/コアタイムあり)

・休憩時間:12時ー13時(60分)

・勤務地:弊社品川オフィス(東京都港区港南1丁目2番70号
品川シーズンテラス21階)最寄り駅:各線品川駅

Job Summary

• This role is responsible for contributing to smooth and efficient functioning of the company's supply chain and operations. The role supports in running basic level transactional processes in SAP to support demand and supply matching activities, under direct supervision. The role pulls data from numerous databases and performs ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supports basic level transactional processes under direct supervision.

• Follows detailed documentation and instructions in order to gather data and run transactions in SAP to support demand and supply matching activities.

• Works with data from multiple sources to provide analysis and insights.

• Updates the end-of-day report with key information for the leadership team.

• Supports project management team initiatives, assisting with task prioritization and execution.

• Assists operations team to find trends, discover KPIs, and support multiple departmental improvements.

• Helps in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation to ensure consistency in operations.

• Assists in ensuring that the company complies with relevant regulations and industry standards.

• Maintains confidentiality of information obtained in connection with duties, in line with corporate compliance and policies.

Education & Experience Recommended

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

• Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
