About Tullett Prebon
A world-leading intermediary in the wholesale financial and energy markets, Tullett Prebon seeks to maximise value for its clients' trading activities across voice, hybrid and pure electronic channels.

Role Overview
We are recruiting high calibre candidate who will support the Brokers and Trading of TP Japan. This role requires speed, accuracy, and the ability to quickly learn and apply OTC Market rules. Strong listening skills in both English and Japanese, combined with effective communication with brokers, are essential. It is a time-sensitive position with near-zero tolerance for errors, demanding multitasking and precision rather than routine data entry

Role Responsibilities

• Accurately and quickly input price and related information from the broking desk into our electronic price board. This is critical role for front office business of the OTC Yen Swaps Desk.
• Communicate clearing with broking staff in English and Japanese.
• Acquire a detailed knowledge of the products offered by the company.
• Understand the dynamics of the market in order to support the broking staff.
• Immediately report to the Legal & Compliance Dept. any suspicion of market abuse, or pressure or request of any kind to act otherwise than in the best interests of Tullett Prebon in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Responsibility for ensuring that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility.
• It is your responsibility to ensure strict adherence to all operational risk requirements, including cultural behaviours, security policies, and compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Complete any mandatory training by the required deadlines.
• Act with integrity and due skill, care and diligence in carrying out your duties.

Experience / Competences

Essential

• Ability to work with speed and accuracy; someone agile and detail-oriented will thrive in this role.
• Strong understanding of OTC Market rules, with the ability to learn and internalize them over time.
• Excellent listening skills in both English and Japanese, and the ability to communicate effectively with brokers in either language as needed.
• Proficiency in multitasking—using PC and keyboard while listening—under time-sensitive conditions with near-zero tolerance for errors
• This is not a typical data entry role; it requires precision and responsiveness under strict deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications software (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
