「食と健康」を届ける乳製品の宅配サービスを通じ、地域の方々に喜ばれる企業を目指しています。

\お任せする仕事内容/

担当エリアのご家庭を訪問し、雪印メグミルクを中心とした乳製品の定期配達をご案内。

自分の裁量で営業計画を立て、無理なく働けます。

休止中のお客様への再開提案や既存顧客への増量提案

ご家庭を一軒ずつ訪問し、新規顧客獲得を目指すローラー営業もあり

チームで連携しながら効率的に営業活動を実施

勤務時間は9:00~17:30、完全週休2日制。

自由な働き方で長く続けられる環境です。

※移動は社用車での移動となります。

※社用車は4年に1度、全車両新車に入れ替えます。

新車が会社から貸与されるので、運転しやすさも抜群

※普通自動車免許(AT限定可)が必須となります。

<一日の流れ>

※以下はあくまで一例です。業務内容や担当エリアによって異なります。

※業務の合間に、各自のタイミングで適宜休憩を取ることができます

・9:00 出社・朝礼

┗ チームで当日の訪問ルートや連絡事項を共有。未経験の方には先輩が同行します。

・9:30 営業準備/サンプル準備

┗ 配布予定のサンプル商品や営業資料を確認・準備。車両の点検やスケジュール確認もここで行います。

・10:00~12:00 定期配達のお客様を訪問

┗ いつものお客様へ商品をお届け。「最近人気の〇〇、気になりませんか?」など、ちょっとしたご案内で追加注文につながることも。

・12:00~16:00 新規・休止中のお客様へご案内

┗ 以前ご利用いただいていたお客様や未契約のご家庭に、新商品のご案内を実施。カタログやサンプルを使って安心して営業できます。

・16:00~17:30 帰社・日報入力・振り返り

┗ 日報を入力。気づいたことはチームで共有し、次回に活かします。そのまま退勤、お疲れさまでした

組み込み残業:月33時間分(試用期間)/月37時間分(試用期間後)

※実際の平均残業は月25時間程度、超過分は別途支給

【シフトの決まり方】

月ごとに希望を出してシフト作成。

チーム内で配慮し合い、希望に沿って調整します

土日連休取得も可能です(小さい子供がいる社員は土日休みが多いです)

給与:

【給与について】

月給30万円〜47万円

└ 組み込み残業代70,000円(37時間分)を含む。超過分は別途支給

※試用期間2か月は月給28万円~

└ 組み込み残業代60,000円(33時間分)を含む。超過分は別途支給

※面接時に経験やスキル等見た上で判断します

※賞与年2回(7月・12月)

年1回の評価制度+所属長推薦で昇給チャンス

毎年の人事評価に加えて、現場の声を反映した「推薦制」でも昇給あり。

さらに3年ごとにベースアップがあるため、長く働くほど給与が安定して上がっていきます。

【年収モデル】

入社5年未満:400万円

社歴10年未満:420万~450万

社歴15年:440万~500万

社歴20年:560万~600万

※年収は経験・実績を元に決定します
