「現場だけ」で終わらない救急救命士へ。私たちは、救急救命士が"仕組みをつくる側"に回れる世界を本気で作っています。最初から事業責任者である必要はありません。若き代表と一緒に、現場から事業を育てていくポジションです。

【入社〜半年】

・転院搬送/迎え搬送の現場対応

・医師・看護師との連携

・Captain Ambulanceの現場基準を理解

【半年〜1年】

・後輩救命士のフォロー

・運用改善の提案(チームと一緒に)

・一部案件の調整役

【1年以降】

・チームの責任者

・事業運営・品質管理

・新規事業の立ち上げにも関与

消防や医療機関で培った判断力・観察力・連携力は、いま病院救急車という新しい救急の現場で必要とされています。

私たちは、医療機関と連携した救急搬送モデルを拡大中。

まずは、現場で力を発揮しながら、将来的には運用改善やチームづくりにも関わっていただけます。

求める人材:

〈必須〉

・救急救命士資格保有者

・下記いずれかの経験がある方

└ 医療機関(病院・救急外来・クリニック等)での実務経験

└ 消防機関での救急業務経験(救急出動・救護活動 等)

〈歓迎〉

・転院搬送・院内救急対応の経験

・イベント救護経験

・チーム医療・多職種連携が得意な方

・患者・家族に寄り添うコミュニケーションができる方

勤務時間・曜日:

日勤:8時30分〜17時00分(平日のみ)

※ 入職後のプロジェクト配置転換により、シフト制変更の可能性あり

休暇・休日:

・シフト制(実働8時間/休憩あり)

・土日祝勤務の可能性あり

・週休2日制、年末年始休暇

・院外研修制度あり(年2回程度、出張扱い・交通費・宿泊費支給)

・JR門司駅から徒歩約10分

※ 車通勤を希望の方は別途相談

給与:

〈給与補足〉

昇給:年1回(4月)

賞与:年1回(9月頃)

通勤手当:月額上限30,000円まで実費支給

時間外手当:別途支給

各種手当:救急救命士手当、役職手当、通勤手当ほか

※ 経験、能力を考慮し、当社規定により決定します

※ 試用期間中(3ヶ月)が一部手当が対象外となる場合があります。
