経営状況をスピーディーに可視化し、適切な意思決定ができる体制を構築・運用しきる。
戦略を「絵に描いた餅」にせず、自ら各部門を巻き込みながら
目標達成に向けた実行支援を行う。
【具体的には】
■社長・CFO・投資家と対峙し、視座を高める環境
日常的に社長やCFO、さらには社外の投資家と対話し、経営の意思決定に関与していきます。
単なる資料作成に留まらず、自身の動きが企業価値や事業方向性を左右する、
経営の中核メンバーとしての手応えを実感できる環境です。
■「ファイナンス」と「事業推進」の双方を極めるキャリア
CFO直下で、エクイティストーリーの設計や資金調達といった高度なファイナンス実務に
深く関わりつつ、現場に入り込み事業成長も支援していきます。
「専門性」と「実戦力」の両方を兼ね備えたリーダーへの成長が可能です。
■経営企画の責任者として、「次のフェーズ」へ進化させる主導権
組織拡大や事業多角化に伴い、経営管理に求められる役割がより高度に変化しています。

【求める人材】
【必須要件】
■事業会社での経営企画経験(目安3年以上)があり、予算策定から予実管理、経営報告まで一連の実務を自ら完遂した経験
■スタートアップ・ベンチャー企業(またはそれに準ずる、制度やリソースが整い切っていない環境)での勤務経験、または事業立ち上げ等の実務経験
■財務モデリング構築(三表連動)、または予算策定から予実管理までを自ら手を動かして完遂した経験
※指示待ちではなく、自ら課題を見つけ実務を形にしてきた方
【歓迎要件】
■上場準備企業や急成長フェーズ企業での実務経験
■投資家対応、IRに関連する実務経験
【給与】
年収 1000 ~ 1200 万円
賞与:年2回あり(6月・12月)※直近支給実績 基本給1ヵ月分
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
