【具体的には】
■全社の財務戦略策定・実行
■単年度予算・中期経営計画の策定および予実・KPI管理
■資本政策の策定、資金調達(エクイティ・デット)支援
■エクイティストーリーの設計と発信戦略の立案
■決算説明資料の作成、投資家説明のサポート
■M&A・出資案件の財務分析、意思決定支援、PMI推進
■上場準備対応

⇒関西でも数少ないベンチャー企業であり、更にIPOを目指すフェーズにある環境で「内部の指揮官」として、経営の中枢を担い、会社を大きく成長させていく醍醐味を味わえます
■メンバーマネジメントより経営企画に集中したい
⇒上長が本部長のみのため、メンバーマネジメント業務はなく、経営層や外部のステークホルダーを中心に業務を進められます。
■コンサルでの経験を、事業会社で活かしたい
⇒これまでの専門的な知識・経験を活かし、自身の手で会社・事業を大きくしていくことへのやりがいを感じられます。
■現職で経営層の判断/合意に時間がかかるため、スピード感を持って仕事をしたい

【求める人材】
【必須要件】
1,財務モデリング構築に関するご経験
2,下記いずれかのご経験を有する方
■事業会社でIR、SR、財務経理、経営企画の実務経験を有する方
■証券会社、銀行、コンサルティングファーム、監査法人における実務経験を有する方
【歓迎要件】
■上場企業やIPO準備企業での経営企画/事業企画経験
■監査法人・コンサルティングファーム等での業務経験
■プロジェクトマネジメント経験
【給与】
年収 700 ~ 1000 万円
賞与:年2回あり(6月・12月)※直近支給実績 基本給1ヵ月分
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
