お客様向けの AI ファースト アプローチ、またユニット間のクロストレーニングを可能にしており、AIを含めた大規模なシステム構築を提供しています。
プロジェクト概要・役割
大手教育系企業様向けに、ITSM導入・標準化から開始し、運用保守を行う案件をマネジメントいただきます。
複数アプリケーションを運用保守するプロジェクトです。
【プロジェクトの魅力】
・ISTMツールの導入、標準化・可視化のコンサルティングから開始するプロジェクトです。
・今後PJ規模は拡大していく見込みであり、複数アプリケーションの運用保守チームPM経験が見込めるポジションです。
・現状お客様にて運用保守しているアプリケーションを移管することで、PJ規模を拡大していきます。
・プライムベンダーとしての意思決定も行うため、顧客と伴走しながらオーナシップを持ってプロジェクトをリード出来ます。
・運用保守業務のDX化も推進していきますので、クラウドネイティブやAIなどのモダンなテクノロジーを積極的に採用する予定です。技術者としてのキャリアアップにも最適なポジションです。

業務内容
ITSMツール導入
お客様の運用保守業務をITSMツールを用いて標準化・可視化を行います。お客様と協議しながらサービス設計、ワークフロー設計を実施し、ITSMツールに必要な設定を加え、お客様に活用いただけるよう整備します。
アプリケーションの運用PM/PL
お客様の現在のアプリケーション運用担当者、社内関係者(オンサイト/オフショア)とコミュニケーションし、運用作業の引継ぎを行います。引継ぎ後はお客様の業務、システムを理解した上でお客様の統括マネージャ及び各アプリケーション担当者、社内関係者(オンサイト/オフショア)とコミュニケーションし、運用保守のマネジメントを行います。
アプリケーションの保守サポート
基本的にはお客様とコミュニケーションし、システム改修作業(要件定義、設計、コーディング、テスト、デプロイ)をマネジメントします。
Requirements
登録資格必須要件
・ITILベースの運用保守経験、マネジメント経験
・システムの要件定義や全体設計の観点、経験がある方
・積極的に自ら学ぶ姿勢がある方(新しい領域について積極的に学んでいける方)
・コミュニケーションが円滑に取れる方
・ビジネスマナーが身についている方(優先順位をつけて自分のタスクを管理するなど)
・ネイティブに近い日本語スキル
歓迎要件
・5年以上の運用保守経験
・Jira/Confluence/Power Platform/REST API経験
・DB操作経験
・OCI/Azure経験
・Java/Python/Shellスクリプト/DataStage経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
