Basic Qualifications
- 日本語が流暢、英語がビジネスレベル
- コンタクトセンターテクノロジーアーキテクト、エンタープライズITアーキテクト、またはシニアコンタクトセンター開発者として、Avaya、Cisco、Genesys、Verint、NICE、Salesforce等の主要なコンタクトセンターテクノロジープラットフォームやアプリケーションでの実務経験が5年以上
- ハンズオンの技術実践者および個人貢献者としての経験
- 大規模なコンタクトセンターソリューションの設計、開発、展開における実践的な経験
Preferred Qualifications
- クラウドまたはオンプレミス環境でのコールセンター/コラボレーション/テレフォニープラットフォームの構築経験5年以上、特にCRM/WFMプラットフォーム向けのアプリケーション統合機能の構築経験
- Amazon Connectの機能、メリット、必要な展開スキルに関する知識。エンタープライズ環境におけるコンタクトセンターまたは通信インフラの設計、実装、運用の責任経験
- エンタープライズITコールセンターとインフラストラクチャに関連する分野でのIT業界における思想的リーダーシップの実績
- AI搭載カスタマーサービスソリューションの実装および最適化の経験
- 自然言語理解(NLU)、自然言語処理(NLP)、プロンプトエンジニアリング、大規模言語モデルの実装、チャットボット開発と最適化、AI/MLモデルのトレーニングとファインチューニングを含む、コンタクトセンターアプリケーションにおけるAI/ML技術の経験
