Key job responsibilities
* お客様の組織においてCレベルのマネジメント層やビジネス事業部責任者とのリレーションシップを築く。
* お客様の経営の現状理解、経営目標とそれを達成する上での重要な課題を明確化する。
* お客様が最良のDXソリューションを生み出し、実際にビジネス価値を創出できるよう共に挑戦する。
* イノベーションや、プロダクトマネジメント、ソフトウェアエンジニアリング、データ分析等に関するベストプラクティスを示し、複数のプラクティスメンバーとコラボレーションしてビジネス価値を最大化する。
* 顧客起点でのイノベーションプログラムの定義やガイド、導入を行う
* アイデアの実証実験デザインや試行を通じて強力にお客様をガイドする
* アイデアの独自性や便益、ビジネスケースや経営インパクトをお客様と共同で検討する
* お客様の要望を理解するためにプリセールス活動に参加する
* DX推進支援に必要な新しいオファリングを開発・提案し、デリバリする
Basic Qualifications:
- 自社またはお客様企業における経営指標(売上、利益、コスト、など)に責任を持ち成果を残した経験
- DX施策のビジネス効果を定量的に示し、ご自身が所属する企業またはお客様企業の経営陣に対してDX投資の意思決定に大きな影響を与えてきた経験
- 自身一人の力ではなく社内外の多様なチームにビジョンを示しエンゲージし、目標達成のために協働した経験。
- 新しい製品やサービス、ビジネスを作り上げ、ローンチさせた経験
- お客様に対峙するエンゲージメントや様々な実行部隊をリードした経験
Preferred Qualifications:
- 社内外のビジネスパートナーやお客様のゴールや課題を理解するためのアクティブリスニングスキル力
- 高いライティング力、コミュニケーション力、プレゼンテーション力、ファシリテーション力
