【仕事内容】

■業務内容

副社長直轄の新規立ち上げ組織において、生成AI事業の責任者候補として、経営戦略策定から技術検証、ビジネス機会創出、アライアンス推進、チームマネジメントまで幅広く担当いただきます。

入社後、まずはAI動向を体系的に把握し「当社ビジネスへの適用方法」を検討することが最優先の役割です。

【主な業務内容】

・経営戦略・事業企画

生成AIに関する経営戦略・活用戦略の立案、ビジネスモデル・活用領域の検討

・技術調査・検証

生成AI関連技術や市場動向の調査・分析、

PoC(概念実証)や開発検証作業の管理(マネジメント)

・アライアンス推進

アライアンス先との連携や、ベトナム開発チームとの連携による共同プロジェクト推進。

(1~2週間程の海外出張がございます)

・組織マネジメント

AIチームの組織運営、人材育成、プロジェクト管理

【求める人材】

・IT業界での経験が10年以上

・アライアンスの経験

・生成AIに関する知識を保有
