【仕事内容】
企業の経営戦略に基づいて、ビジネスモデルや企業活動における特定のプロセスについて、ITを活用し、事業を改革・高度化・最適化(DX推進・AI活用・ビッグデータ活用等)するための基本戦略の策定・提案・推進・実行を担当していただきます。
■具体的な業務内容
・情報システム戦略や全体システム導入計画の策定
・IT組織の全体的な運営・マネジメントの改善・推進(IT戦略の企画立案、予算管理、プロジェクト管理、人材管理 等)
・個別システム化企画やDX関連企画の推進(データドリブン経営、生成AI活用、BPR 等)の支援
・プロジェクト活動の統制・推進(プロジェクトマネジメント)
【求める人材】

・IT戦略の企画立案
・システム化企画や上流工程の経験(構想策定や要件定義 等)
・デジタル関連の施策やプロジェクトの経験
・プロジェクト管理、PMOリーダー等の経験
・TOEIC500点以上相当の英語力
【学歴】大学卒以上
