【仕事内容】

【業務内容】

「企業変革の加速」に向け、業務効率化や収益向上など行内各部の課題解決に重点を置き、プロジェクトの立ち上げから各種開発等までをスピード感をもって推進していただきます。

また、当行では全行戦略施策としてAI活用を推進しており、関連したシステム開発プロジェクトが同時並行に今後数多く走ります。その中に於いて、ユーザである行内各部に寄り添い、システム開発部署、外部のシステム開発協力企業との橋渡し役となり、各案件をリリースまで支援・主導していくことも重要なミッションとなっていきます。

主な業務内容は以下の通りとなりますが、お持ちのスキルやご経験に応じて具体的な担当プロジェクト等のアサインを決定させて頂きます

・行内各部署へ入り込み、DXを活用した課題解消や社内業務高度化を提案

・行内各部署における課題・ニーズの見える化、ハイレベルでのDXソリューション検討と施策立上・導入支援

・社内情シス部署、もしくは、外部ベンダーへの要件提示、見積依頼から発注、リリースに至るまでのプロジェクト管理(含むテスト工程)全般

【求める人材】

【必須】※事業会社限らずSI、コンサルの経験のみでも歓迎しております。

■業務高度化案件の提案・企画・実装にPM/BAとして従事した経験(3年以上が望ましい)

■大~中規模プロジェクトで利害関係の異なる複数部署とまとめる経験(3年以上が望ましい)

【歓迎】

・AI、BI、BPRや各種Cloudサービス・ツールを使ったDX施策推進経験

・最新のDXツールやLC/NCソリューション (PPF、 Pega、 Jira、 Kofax RPA、 Python等) を使った施策経験

・コンサルティング会社・ITコンサルティング会社での、施策の上流工程支援経験

・国内外での金融機関でのシステム導入経験

【給与】

800万円~1200万円

※ご経験に応じて要相談致します。
